VMRO-DPMNE Vice President Aleksandar Nikoloski said that he expects party leader Hristijan Mickoski to be re-elected during the congress that takes place tomorrow, and to be named Prime Minister soon in 2022.

We were a persecuted party, and now we are a winning party and a credible partner for the citizens, and for the international community and the civic organizations. We are seriously prepared to lead Macedonia. Our mayors showed that in four months they can do more than the others did in four years, Nikoloski said in an interview with radio Lider.

He announced that at he congress, the party will announce that it remains a Demo-Christian party of the center-right, and that it wants to be open to all others, a party that will fight corruption and will stand for rising living standards.
