An observer from the opposition party was attacked and beaten today by activists of two ruling parties. The incident took place at a polling station in the village of Bojane in Saraj.
The voter turnout in Saraj in the second round of mayoral elections is quite low. According to the SEC, 15.85 % of registered voters in Saraj cast their vote until 3 pm. In the first round until 3 pm, 23.07% exercised their voting right there.
Does this mean that ballot stuffing is being prepared before the end of the voting?
There was also an attack in Kocani, where an elderly person was attacked by police officers.
