The Skopje Gynecology Clinic announced openings for four doctors, and divided them according to their ethnicity.
Two openings for gynecology specialists will be available to one Albanian and one Turkish candidate. And in the pediatrics department, the openings are for an Albanian and a Roma. The announcement comes as the Government plans over a 1,000 hirings in the public healthcare sector, also distributing them along ethnic lines.
Healthcare Minister Fatmir Mexhiti, who is an ethnic Albanian, said that the openings were approved by the Managing Board of the Clinic.
