Bettina Rausch, president of the political academy of the Austrian People’s Party, attended Monday’s rally of VMRO-DPMNE held in Kicevo. The rally was also attended by members of the parliament in Salzburg and seven mayors of the municipalities and towns of the Austrian People’s Party and their associates.
Bettina Rausch stressed that they visited Macedonia because they had a great desire to meet with Macedonian citizens and VMRO-DPMNE members.
Today we met with your party president Hristijan Mickoski, VMRO-DPMNE MP, Vladimir Gjorcev and EU Ambassador Samuel Zbogar, who said that it is important that VMRO-DPMNE in the Parliament, participates in institutions, unlike many Balkan countries where we have many parties that are outside the institutions, and that is a good assessment for VMRO-DPMNE, said Bettina Rausch.
She says that Sebastian Kurz sends his best wishes to the presidential candidate, prof. Gordana Siljanovska Davkova.
I met with him and he told me to send his best wishes to his friends in Macedonia, his friends from VMRO-DPMNE. We recall 2015 and 2016, when together with the Macedonian Army, the police, together, several countries closed the Western Balkan route. So we go together and Macedonia has the support for EU membership from Austria and Sebastian Kurz.
She added that the Macedonian people can count on prof. Gordana Siljanovska Davkova, and support her in the upcoming presidential elections because she stands for the rule of law and justice in Macedonia.
