Out of 3,331 COVID-19 tests carried out in Macedonia in the past 24 hours, 1,275 new cases were registered, the Health Ministry said on Thursday.
New cases were registered in Skopje-519, Kumanovo-70, Stip-36, Prilep-75, Tetovo-85, Struga-30, Veles-47, Bitola-69, Ohrid-24, Kavadarci-40, Gostivar-55, Gevgelija-22, Strumica- 39, Kriva Palanka-7, Radovis-15, Krusevo-2, Kocani-20, Probistip-13, Demir Hisar-2, Makedonski Brod-5, Berovo-6, Valandovo-2, Vinica-8, Delcevo-7, Kratovo -12, Sveti Nikole-6, Kicevo-34, Resen-6, Negotino-19.
The Public Health Institute registered today 502 recovered patients from all over the country.
13 people died, including one patient from Skopje (aged 86), one from Stip (aged 87), four patients from Prilep (aged 50, 65, 75 and 73), one from Tetovo (aged 71), one from Struga (aged 31), one patient from Bitola (aged 65), one from Ohrid (aged 82), one from Strumica (aged 82), one from Kocani (aged 72) and one patient from Berovo (aged 76).
Since the outbreak of the epidemic, Macedonia has registered 36,372 confirmed coronavirus cases, while 22,526 people have recovered. The death toll stands at 1,084. At the moment, there are 12,762 active cases across the country.
