The Administrative Court informed MIA that it has overturned the Judicial Council’s earlier decision to remove Vesna Dameva from her position as president.

Minister of Justice Krenar Lloga expressed satisfaction with the ruling, as it reinstates Dameva as the President of the Judicial Council.

In response to the decision, the Ministry of Justice highlighted that it validates previous concerns raised by the Minister regarding the Judicial Council’s functioning, emphasizing the need for reforms within the institution.
