The Judicial Council has received the verdict from the Administrative Court which annuls the decision to dismiss the former president of the Council, Vesna Dameva, the Council informs.

From there they say that it will be reviewed tomorrow at a working meeting, and it should be acted upon within 30 days and there is no right to appeal.
Vesna Dameva was dismissed from the post of President of the Judicial Council in April last year, when her deputy, Selim Ademi, requested a vote for her dismissal. After the dismissal, she filed a lawsuit with the Administrative Court.

This dismissal damaged the credibility of the Judicial Council, to which there were several reactions in the public, and an evaluation mission was sent from the European Union, which prepared 40 recommendations for improving the functioning of the Court.
