Only 70 MPs voted for Friday’s Parliamentary session agenda, which had only one item – the need to amend the Constitution. 47 MPs voted against it.
The debate may last for days, but no more than 10, as it is stipulated in the Procedures Rules. At the end of the debate, the Speaker may call for voting, but there is no deadline for that, so it may drag on until the end of this Assembly’s mandate
