The Zaev Government has a 50 million EUR hole in its budget in the first five months of the year, warned VMRO-DPMNE leader Hristijan Mickoski during a TV interview on Thursday.

I’m amazed about the ease with which Finance Minister Dragan Tevdovski claims that the budget has solid inflows. Our information is that the tax revenue is not good and that there are major shortfalls between January and May. All I can say is that he is not telling the truth. I’m not sure if this is being done in order t obuy time before a new economic shock, Mickoski said.

He placed the shortfall at 3 billion denars, or 50 million EUR.
