We had an exceptionally successful week behind us internationally. VMRO-DPMNE has shown that it is a credible partner of the largest political party in Europe, Angela Merkel’s CDU, and is a respected EPP member. In Zagreb, we have elected the current President of the European Union Donald Tusk as our EPP President. Let me share some information for the citizens that he practically opened the day with us, that is, with a meeting with the leadership of VMRO-DPMNE. We exchanged information about VMRO-DPMNE and exchanged information on the situation in Macedonia and Mr. Tusk told us that he is our supporter, that he will come during the campaign for the next parliamentary elections on April 12, 2020, that is, he will address one our pre-election rallies. Let me share with you that it will do it in Macedonian and give strong support to VMRO-DPMNE because he considers that Macedonia needs strong reforms especially in the area of rule of law, a strong economy and that VMRO-DPMNE is the party that has the potential to do it and how to do it, VMRO-DPMNE Vice President Aleksandar Nikoloski said Monday on TV Alfa’s “Sto ne e jasno” show.
Nikoloski emphasized that in Leipzig, Germany VMRO-DPMNE also met with senior management of the AUDI company where they discussed investing in Macedonia, ie as he said they asked them to consider investing in the production of AUDI auto parts in Macedonia.
VMRO-DPMNE met with Audi’s top leadership two days ago at the CDU Congress in Leipzig and asked them to consider whether Audi parts could be manufactured in Macedonia. So, on one hand, you have SDSM sending letters not to invest in Macedonia in opposition, and on the other hand, you have VMRO-DPMNE in opposition that begs investors to come to Macedonia because it is in the interest of the Macedonian citizens, said Nikoloski.
Nikoloski emphasized that during these three years of SDSM’s rule no foreign investment has been brought, pointing out that the investments operating at the moment were brought by VMRO-DPMNE.
