Parliament Speaker Talat Xhaferi explained on TV 21’s “Click Plus” show the process of the second round of presidential elections and the required 40% turnout.

He stressed that if the 40% turnout is not met in the upcoming elections on 5 May, on May 12, he will have to take over the post of president of the Republic of Macedonia.

Xhaferi also called for mass turnout on Sunday when the second round of the sixth presidential election is held, and the first after the signing of the Prespa agreement.
