The Office of Parliament Speaker, Talat Xhaferi issued a statement in relation to the MP Pavle Bogoevski case. They say that they will be guided by the Constitution and the Rules of Procedure, but at the moment there is no basis for any action.

The Parliament Speaker of North Macedonia, whenever acting in accordance with the Constitution and the Rules of Procedure, undertakes specific initiatives and measures that are in accordance with his competence. At this point, there is no basis for any action. The Parliament Speaker expects that the competent institutions will act effectively and completely clear the case, his Office said.
