Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky today said that he will resume negotiations with Russia once the Russian armed forces have stopped shelling Ukrainian cities.

The first round of talks yesterday yielded no results. Russian forces remain in positions around Kiev, and are advancing on Mariupol and Kharkov. Zelensky called on NATO to enforce a no-fly zone over Ukraine to protect the country from Russian aerial bombardement and added that he continues to refuse to leave Kiev.
