OSCE will announce the initial findings of its small election monitoring mission

The small OSCE/ODIHR monitoring mission that was present for the inconclusive early general elections yesterday will hold a press conference to announce its findings. OSCE had nine members and 26 election day observers. A final report will be published within two months.
