Out of 741 COVID-19 tests carried out in Macedonia in the past 24 hours, 213 new cases were registered, and 26 died, the Health Ministry said on Monday.

New cases were registered in: Skopje-103, Kumanovo-16, Stip-9, Prilep-9, Tetovo-16, Struga-4, Veles-5, Bitola-2, Ohrid-1, Kavadarci-19, Gostivar-9, Strumica-3, Radovis- 2, Kocani-1, Probistip-3, Delcevo-3, Kratovo-1, Sveti Nikole-2, Negotino-5.

26 people died, including seven patients from Skopje (aged 80, 69, 89, 87, 77, 79 and 60), three from Kumanovo (62, 72 and 80), one from Prilep (70), four patients from Tetovo (81, 50, 72 and 60), one from Struga (62), three from Bitola (80, 60 and 66), one patient from Ohrid (69), one from Gostivar (69), one from Strumica (80), one from Krusevo (69), one from Vinica (58), one from Delcevo (78) and one patient from Sveti Nikole (69).

Since the outbreak of the epidemic, Macedonia has registered 73,851 confirmed coronavirus cases, while 50,046 people have recovered. The death toll stands at 2,147. At the moment, there are 21,658 active cases across the country.
