DUI leader Ali Ahmeti celebrated the signing of a huge highway contract with the American company Bechtel by posting aa picture of himself smoking a cigarette.
The 1.3 billion USD deal was negotiated largely by DUI and Ahmeti’s right hand man Artan Grubi. The notoriously corrupt party held an event yesterday to celebrate the project.
