Alliance of Albanians leader Ziadin Sela and his colleague from the Alternative party Afrim Gashi rebuked the Zaev regime for keeping the opposition uninformed and out of the loop as the dispute with Bulgaria deepens and threatens Macedonia’s EU accession prospects.

This is a Government of liars and its Prime Minister should resign at once. We need a broad coalition of all political parties and we all should share responsibility to resolve the problem with our neighboring Bulgaria, so that the first inter-governmental conference with the European Union takes place at once, Sela and Gashi said.

The two opposition party leaders added that Albanian parties want to be supportive of Macedonia’s ethnic identtiy, which is the main issue raised by Bulgaria, but they can’t accept to have the Government take on such important issues on its own.
