In Skopje, doctor Risto Simeonov removed a tumor weighing two kilograms from a 16 month old Anastasia.

The girl was diagnosed with a sizable stomach tumor when she was just seven months old and it began affecting her breathing and was causing her significant pain. Anastasia underwent one surgery and four rounds of chemo therapy, but the tumor kept growing and the therapy was beginning to do more harm than good.

Eventually a month ago doctor Simeonov prepared a new surgery which was a success. Anastasia currently has normalized functions and the abdominal ultrasound exams reveal that the tumor has been fully removed.
