For the 14th consecutive time, across 75 cities and villages in the country, along with five locations in the diaspora, Badnik processions will be conducted, spreading the spirit of celebration under the banner of “Rejoice.”

In Skopje, the festivities commence at Macedonia Square at 11 am with a joyful carolling concert. This musical extravaganza will feature talented young singers alongside renowned Macedonian pop stars such as Vera Miloshevska, Antonija Gigovska, Lambe Alabakovski, Dimitar Andonovski, and more. As part of the celebration, 2,000 golden stars representing the Star of Bethlehem will be distributed to the audience.

Following this melodious performance, participants, including children from all Skopje municipalities, will unite to form a Badnik procession. Their path will lead them to the St. Clement of Ohrid Cathedral Church, where they will be warmly received by the Archbishop of Ohrid and Macedonia, HB Stefan.
