The Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime has submitted a proposal to the court for the detention of the Special Prosecutor Katica Janeva for involvement in the “Racket” case in which so far Bojan Jovanovski – Boki 13 and Zoran Mileski Kiceec are suspects. As the BPPO said at Wednesday’s press conference, Janeva received profit of 298 thousand denars, that is, one of the suspects obtained furniture and clothing for her.

According to SPO prosecutors, Janeva’s office computer was seized and her home was searched.

Janeva, according to the prosecution, intended to ease Kamcev’s position by changing his detention with house arrest, Kamcev should’ve become a protected witness or be offered an agreement, his passport returned and he to pay minimal damage for the “Empire” case.
