The comparison of the draft decisions on Macedonia and Albania that the Bundestag is due to make tonight shows that the ruling parties in Germany agree that the country should be given an unconditional date for start of accession negotiation by the European Council on October 17 and 18 while Albania is required to complete of a series of tasks for start of negotiations, “360 degrees” reported.
