Bilateral relations, developments in the region and its European perspective following the recent European Council were in the focus of a meeting of Foreign Minister Nikola Dimitrov with Greek counterpart Nikos Dendias in Geneva on Friday.
According to the Foreign Ministry, Dimitrov expressed satisfaction with the cooperation so far with Greece and their engagement in favor of launching Macedonia accession negotiations with the European Union.
In this context, Dimitrov emphasized the expectation that Greece will continue to be our strong supporter and promoter of our EU integration.
The two ministers agreed on the possibilities for enhancing political dialogue and intensifying bilateral co-operation in all areas of common interest through further implementation of the Prespa Agreement.
