According to the information received from MOST observers and the regional offices, the following irregularities were registered:

– The polling station 2344 in the municipality of Studenichani was not opened until 10 am, therefore the voting will not take place.

– A member of the Election Board in the polling station 0531 in the village of Zdunje, Gostivar region tore off the first three ballots together with the serial number and they were used for voting. The Municipal Election Commission was informed, and the voting continues.

According to the data obtained from Parallel Vote Tabulation (PVT) methodology, the voter turnout is 11.2 percent by 11 am, 15.9 percent by 12 pm, and 20.8 percent by 1 pm.
