Pupils in the “Dimitar Miladinov” elementary school in Skopje are missing classes for a second day after flooding in the toilets.

The worn out water and sewage system as well as the water heating system broke down on Monday, and the first floor of the school was flooded. Pupils are sent home, and it could take days until the mess is cleaned up and it is determined whether the water is safe to drink.
