It is a major scandal that just before leaving office as Minister of Health, Venko Filipce transferred more than 2.5 million euros to the Greek Intrakat Construction company , which for years has been working on the Clinical Center in Stip. The investment that was announced as the pride of the government of Zoran Zaev. The hospital was supposed to be completed in 2019, then in 2021 and now the deadline, 2022, is mentioned. An even bigger scandal is that just two days before leaving office, more precisely on January 17, 2022, Filipce transferred 56 million denars to the account of “Intrakat”, and previously, on December 3 and 7, 2021, another 100.4 million denars. In order to make these three express payments, the President of the Basic Civil Court Skopje on November 4, 2021 issued a decision to unblock the account of “Intrakat”. Insiders say this was done as a matter of urgency by then-Justice Minister Bojan Maricic.
