Several news outlets published a picture of disgraced Special Prosecutor Katica Janeva at a beach in Greece, taken by an anonymous citizen who claims its from today.

Janeva was forced to offer her resignation after her close associate Bojan Jovanovski – Boki 13 was arrested on racketeering charges – using her influence to extort millions from businessmen prosecuted by Janeva. She has not been charged yet, despite outcry in the public and the several reported attempts to destroy evidence.

Shortly after Boki 13’s arrest, it was reported that Janeva was placed on a restricted list of persons who can’t leave the country. But, if the picture is authentic, it would mean that this is not the case, and that she could never return to the country, despite being a key person in a huge scandal involving corruption and abuse of office.
