The Government declared May 7th a non-working day on the territory of the City of Skopje.
In accordance with the latest organizational assessments related to the protocol for the visit of His Holiness Pope Francis, and in accordance with the needs and demands of the institutions and citizens, the Government decided that tomorrow, May 7 (Tuesday), will be a non-working day for all employees in the public and state administration of the territory of the City of Skopje, the Government said in a press release.
This decision covers primary and secondary schools, and kindergartens will be organized to perform their function smoothly.
The government also recommends to private companies, especially from the central city area, to accept the decision on Tuesday being a non-working day for the employees in this sector, and thus to contribute to the organization of program content from Pope Francis’ visit.
