Despite public information, Special Prosecutor Katica Janeva has not yet been formally summoned by the Public Prosecutor’s Office to testify on the “Racket” case. Other people’s statements are still expected, Deutsche Welle writes.
Tomorrow, the first to give a statement is prosecutor Lile Stefanova, who is to testify about what happened with the “Empire” case she is leading. She has already informed the public about certain details of the oscillations with the proceedings in the case, which allegedly occurred solely on the orders of Special Prosecutor Katica Janeva. Earlier it was announced that Janeva would give a statement immediately after Stefanova. Prosecutor Vilma Ruskovska’s return from her vacation on Thursday was linked to Janeva’s call to the BPPO.
