The letter sent from the Skopje prison, special prosecutor Katica Janeva orders SPO to hand over its cases to Ljubomir Joveski’s Public Prosecutor’s Office within three days. According to lawyer Janaki Mitrovski, this was done in coordination or under pressure from the government to bypass the procedure, as well as the opposition.

Janeva’s letter or power of attorney is being co-ordinated or under pressure from the government to try to bypass the procedure and the opposition. There is also the Republic’s prosecution office that says there is no problem Katica to give us the cases, even though there is no legal basis for it, Mitrovski says.
