The Prosecutor’s Office for Prosecution of Organized Crime and Corruption had in its possession the tapes released by the Italian newspaper La Verita on the Racket case before they appeared in public. The tapes were provided by businessman Orce Kamcev, who is a witness in the case.
It is not yet known how they ended up at La Verita, and the Prosecution said the tapes did not come out from them. Whether they will be used as evidence will be known when charges are filed in the case.
