An increased frequency of vehicles was seen at gas stations in Skopje tonight after the Energy Regulatory Commission announced that as of midnight fuel prices will increase from 5.5 to 10 denars. Gas station staff assure there is enough fuel.

The decision comes on the heels of a record-breaking surge in all oil derivatives on markets worldwide. The Commission said decisions, if necessary, will be made on daily basis.

According to the President of the Energy Regulatory Commission Marko Bislimoski, there are enough oil derivatives, but the problem is the high price, which is not only the case in our country, but also in Europe.
