Russian Ambassador to Macedonia, Sergei Bazdnikin, was summoned on Friday by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to hand him a diplomatic note listing six employees of the Russian Embassy as undesirable in the country, i.e. persona non grata.

Based on the information received from the competent authorities, the said persons carried out activities that are contrary to the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations and will have to leave the territory of the Republic of Macedonia in the next five days, said the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
