Members of the Ministry of Interior (MoI) will perform a joint emergency drill with the staff of the US Embassy in Skopje on Saturday. The drill will be held in the US Embassy.

The Ministry of Interior announced that as part of the scenario for the drill, alarm sirens will be used, which will be heard by the citizens of Skopje.

Due to the performance of the drill, there will be a temporary closure of the intersection near the Embassy, whereby a short traffic stop is possible.

The purpose of the joint drill is more efficient coordination between the Ministry of Interior and the US Embassy in undertaking activities to deal with crisis situations, the Ministry of Interior said in a statement.
