Risto Novacevski, an employee at Diamed Macedonia, whom the director of the Health Insurance Fund Den Doncev accused of being an informal owner of the company, who was paid high sums of money and opened a foreign bank account the same day that money was transferred from the Swedish buyer, denies Doncev’s nebulous claims made at a press conference in the government. Novacevski thinks Doncev’s intention was to discredit him.
The whole press conference was full of lies and nonsense, proving his inability to run the office entrusted to him, Novacevski said.
