At the high-level portion of the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP28), which was held in Dubai on Friday, President Stevo Pendarovski gave a speech. Despite its tiny size, President Pendarovski stated in his speech that Macedonia has “big climate ambitions” and plans to cut its greenhouse gas emissions by a net 82% by 2030 when compared to 1990 levels.
