For Monday’s hearing in a case which Mile Janakievski was to attend, the court issued an order to be brought to court from his home, where until a few days ago he was in house arrest.

But, according to recent developments and new detentions, Janakieski is currently in custody in the Shutka prison, so the police failed to bring him to court from his home.

Janakieski has been in Shutka several times, where once he was attacked together with ex-Minister of Education Spiro Ristovski.
