MP and Vice President of VMRO-DPMNE, Aleksandar Nikoloski, said Thursday on TV 24, that politicians approach the problem with Bulgaria with a position of inferiority, and more courage is needed to resolve it and to settle problems inside the country to increase pressure on Sofia.
I cannot agree with the policy of the political set in Macedonia, which approaches the problems with a position of inferiority, I think things can be done differently, and in the case of Bulgaria if Macedonia has settled problems at home, it will be far ahead of Bulgaria and there will be far more pressure on Sofia, because the European Union wants settled countries, and unfortunately Macedonia is not settled at the moment, says Nikoloski.
Nikoloski also stressed that if we see in the short run, unfortunately we will not win this battle with Bulgaria.
I think that in the long run we can win it, but we need more courage, settling domestic affairs and good lobbying outside, said Nikoloski.
