Prosecutors are demanding a total of 10,000 EUR in fines from the Mosh club in Skopje and its owner for violating social distancing requirements put in place because of the coronavirus epidemic.
The club, popular with Skopje’s elite, organized well attended concerts, for which its owner Metodija Dinev was briefly detained in early October. In this particular case, he is charged with not providing proper distancing between customers and allowing them sit-in service.
