We are waiting for a meeting of the General Crisis HQ to be scheduled, and if it is held, at tomorrow’s session of the Government we expect the recommendations of the Commission for Infectious Diseases to be adopted, including the one referring to lifting the mask mandate for primary school students, Minister of Health Bekim Sali said on Monday.

The previous epidemiological week, explained the Minister, is not an indicator of what epidemiological situation we are currently in, and based on those data we decide for the next week.

He pointed out that he wants us to get rid of the masks, but, as he added, the real situation does not permit that.
