This morning, Skopje awoke shrouded in fog and smog. As per “I-Q Air” data, it ranks thirteenth among the world’s most polluted cities, hitting an index of 156. Specifically, PM10 particles registered at 104 micrograms per cubic meter, while PM2.5 particles measured 65.2 micrograms per cubic meter.
