Parliament Speaker Talat Xhaferi filed Monday a motion for addition to the Rules of Procedures regarding online sessions.

Having in mind the new situation caused by the coronavirus, starting from the constitutionally guaranteed function of the Parliament as a representative body of the citizens and holder of the legislative power of the Republic, which regulates its organization and functioning in accordance with the Constitution and Rules of Procedure, it is necessary to harmonize the provisions of the Rules of Procedure with the new health condition, said the Parliament’s press service.
