As Macedonia still awaits word from the Bulgarian investigators about what caused the disastrous bus crash on November 23rd that killed 45 people, Macedonian investigators have show that the Besa bus company was using drivers who worked with the Skopje JSP public bus company.
The company had a convoy of four buses, with two drivers each. The two drivers who died in the disaster, were not employed by the company. Only one of them had a still valid certificate. Two other drivers were working for the JSP company and used up their vacation days to drive for Besa on its tour to Istanbul. The owner of the company was among the drivers.
