Parliament Speaker, Talat Xhaferi, divided the expert public with what he explained on the issue of the vote of confidence in the government, which starts tomorrow.

He explains that if no confidence is not voted in the government, ie whatever the outcome, this issue must not be raised in the next hundred days.

But is that so

If we look at the Constitution and the Rules of Procedure, it is clearly specified. Yes, according to the Constitution, it is true that the issue of confidence in the government cannot be raised before the expiration of 90 days from the last vote. “The last vote are the key words.”

However, no one shall prevent the applicant from withdrawing the initiative before the vote. In such a case, it cannot be considered a failed attempt but simply a timely withdrawal of the request.

This is especially important if we know the pressure on the opposition MPs who announced that they will vote for the fall of the government and that it is possible at the last minute.
