The Minister of Labor and Social Policy, Jovanka Trencevska, tonight supported the initiative of the Municipality of Strumica in marking April 2, World Autism Awareness Day, by lighting the municipal building in blue and stressed that the policies and social services implemented by the Ministry are in order to include children with autism in social processes.

Trenchevska met with parents of children with autism and said that the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy has the competence in child protection, ie inclusion of children from preschool education, which is being worked on intensively.

He added that the Government and the Ministry develop and create the concept of a society for all in which all citizens will enjoy human rights and have equal chances and opportunities, as well as equal access to all resources in society.

We have really done a lot with the reform until 2019, which continues to be intensively implemented both as a Ministry and as a Government, we continue to take care of all vulnerable categories of citizens with a special aspect and focus on people with disabilities, said Minister of Labor and Social Policy Jovanka Trencevska.
