Two female passengers from the bus which overturned near Leskovac during the weekend are still in critical condition. Three passengers were killed and more than two dozen were injured in the accident which happened during a snow storm, when the bus skid off the road and overturned.
Both two passengers are treated at the Nis clinic and remain in life support. Other four passengers are also in Nis with serious injuries, but are not in critical condition.
The Stip bus was taking mostly Macedonian tourists to Belgrade and Vienna. Its driver, who is detained, claimed that he saw another vehicle coming at him from the opposite side and this prompted him to swerve.
