If elections are held tomorrow, VMRO-DPMNE will beat SDSM with a margin between 70 and 100 thousand votes, said opposition leader Hristijan Mickoski during his interview with Alfa TV. Recent polls showed VMRO ahead of SDSM, with a dominant lead among ethnic Macedonian voters.
I’ve seen hundreds of polls, as we base our policies on data. But we also must take into account the primitive character of the current office holders, which makes it natural to expect that citizens are afraid to answer truly in phone polls. I believe that our lead is even greater than the polls show, and that right now it’s between 70.000 and 100.000 votes, Mickoski said.
