Protesters at the Women’s Day rally in Skopje today carried signs insulting the church.

One of the signs carried by the feminists and left wing groups that organized the rally, declared “The Church should … off”. Protesters also carried signs declaring that the women in Macedonia are in fear for their lives and safety and that they lack economic safety and healthcare.
