The KSS workers’ union reports that the management of the FOD Novaci factory is forcing its employees to move metal rolls weighing 1.5 tons by hand. According to KSS, the forklift used for this task broke, and the management has not repaired it yet, but doesn’t want to stop production.

The workers are being abused and forced to transport heavy metal products by hand. This includes loading and unloading them, several times a day, KSS informs.

The union also claims that workers who would protest against the orders are being threatened.
