The MP from Levica, Dimitar Apasiev referred to Articles 60 and 61 of the Rules of Procedure, regarding the presence of the Parliament Speaker, Talat Xhaferi.

The Rules of Procedure knows two situations, the absence and impediment of the Parliament Speaker. As we managed to see, the Parliament himself is neither prevented nor absent, so I ask for an hour break, so that he can return and continue the session, said Apasiev.

This is the second break in a row for one hour, after a former VMRO-DPMNE MP also demanded a one-hour break.
