DUI has clashed with SDSM and other parties to prevent the Director of the State Audit Office from being elected, MP Muhamed Zekiri said late on Friday.

DUI continues to work against the interests of Albanians. Evidence of this was today’s action of their deputy, Ejup Alimi when he left the meeting  of the committee without a vote, preventing a professional Albanian like Adam Curi from being elected director of the State Audit Office, SDSM’s vice president said.

The State Audit Office has been without a director for two years. The election is also necessary because of the announced early elections.
